In your private sessions, Danielle will carefully listen to your needs and design a programme exclusive for you. Danielle will bring her vast experience, wide knowledge and understanding of individual requirements to ensure you reach your goals. Danielle’s own experience of overcoming the severe illness of M.E through natural therapies such as Yoga, relaxation and nutrition, has allowed her to have a deeper understanding of health and wellbeing. She has a wonderful passion for living a healthy, holistic lifestyle and this shines through in her teaching. She will inspire you make positive changes in your life and enable you have lifelong wellbeing.



Yoga

Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, these private sessions in Yoga will enable you to work on your personal health, fitness and wellbeing goals. In your sessions with Danielle, you will start by having a personal consultation and you will be led through a tailor-made combination of postures, movements, stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation. Yoga has many internal and external benefits including increased flexibility, strength, energy and calm.

Types of yoga available:

Pilates

Pilates helps promote a stronger, leaner, healthier body. Pilates consists of continuous and flowing matwork exercises designed to strengthen the back, tone the stomach and improve posture.


Yogalates

Your sessions will combine both Yoga and Pilates providing you with the benefits of both.


Meditation and Relaxation

If you are looking for inner peace both short term and long term, this is the session for you. As well as meditation and relaxation you will use breathing, visualisation and positive thinking. The result is positivity, focus and calm.


Face Yoga

Just as we need to exercise and relax our bodies for them to stay toned and firm, our faces need the same treatment. In your private sessions with Danielle, the UK’s leading Face Yoga Expert, you will learn face exercises, face massage and face acupressure which work specifically for you. The result is a long-lasting younger, healthier and fresher appearance. Even after one session you will notice a sense of relaxation and a healthy glow. 90 minute sessions will include a lifting Face Massage treatment where you can lie back, relax and enjoy the benefits.



All sessions with Danielle are private sessions and booking is required. You may request an individual, partner or small group session, for either 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
