Stress Management Coaching

Your personal sessions will allow you to understand why stress occurs, and then control specific stress triggers in your life. The causes and symptoms of stress in your mind, body and external environment are explored and factors such as nutrition and lifestyle are considered. You will be given practical tips and techniques to eliminate and cope with stress for lasting change. You will set personal goals and will immediately start to notice positive effects on your wellbeing.


Wellbeing Coaching

These sessions will allow you to understand the importance of lifestyle management and life/work balance. You will have a chance to explore all the main areas of your lifestyle and understand what needs attention and then set simple, reachable and life-changing goals in order to start making an immediate difference to your health and happiness. In between sessions you will have a chance to put techniques and goals into practice, then evaluate and discuss further action.
You will have a full lifestyle and stress-level assessment. This will be combined with learning basic positive thinking techniques, nutrition advice, stress management tips and deep relaxation.


Nutrition Coaching

True wellbeing is dependent on providing the body with the right conditions to reach its full potential. Whether you want to beat stress, improve your health, lose weight or feel happier, these sessions will ensure this will be achieved. You will understand more about correct nutrition specifically for you, how to incorporate this into your lifestyle as well as how to set and reach your goals. After just one session you will understand your eating habits, have an individualised healthy eating plan and be on the right track to meet your personal health goal. Each session consists of a full lifestyle analysis, symptom checks and goal setting.


Wellbeing Consultation

These sessions will allow you to understand the importance of lifestyle management and life/work balance. In between sessions you will have a chance to put techniques and goals into practice and then evaluate and discuss further action.

All sessions with Danielle are private sessions and booking is required. You may request an individual, partner or small group session, for either 60 minutes or 90 minutes.
