Private Sessions in Yoga

Yoga consists of Postures, movements, stretching, breathing exercises and relaxation. Yoga has many internal and external health and fitness benefits.

Types of yoga available:
  • Hatha Yoga (physical yoga with relaxation)
  • Integral Yoga (combines different aspects of yoga)
  • Power Yoga (a high level fitness workout)
  • Antenatal Yoga (for pregnant ladies from 16 weeks)
  • Postnatal Yoga (for after birth up to 6 months)
  • Relaxation Yoga (with emphasis on calming and releasing tension for the mind and body)

Private Sessions in Pilates

Pilates helps promote a stronger, leaner, healthier body. Pilates consists of continuous and flowing matwork exercises designed to strengthen the back, tone the stomach and improve posture.


Private Sessions in Relaxation

Relaxation sessions combine gentle yoga, stretches and some basic pilates to release tension from the body. The sessions also combine breathing techniques, visualisation and some meditation to calm and unwind the mind.
